Home Charging: Complimentary Home Charger and Installation
Starting October 1, 2024, customers who purchase or lease a Ford electric vehicle are eligible to receive a complimentary Ford Charge Station Pro home charger, along with standard installation. This allows customers to wake up each day with a full charge by conveniently charging at home. Ford is the only auto manufacturer in the U.S. offering both a complimentary home charger and standard installation with the purchase or lease of an electric vehicle.

To qualify, customers must purchase or lease a new Ford F-150 Lightning, Mustang Mach-E, or E-Transit Cargo Van from a participating Ford dealer between October 1, 2024, and January 2, 2025.

Ford is introducing around-the-clock live support, including proactive charging assistance. While issues are unlikely, customers can feel confident knowing we’re always ready to help. With 24/7 electric vehicle support, customers can text a dedicated Ford advisor at any time for assistance.

New — Proactive Roadside Assistance
Ford’s Roadside Assistance now covers unexpected vehicle events, including running out of charge. No matter where they are, customers can be picked up and brought to the nearest charging station or dealership.

Ford’s extensive dealer network offers local in-person support, while participating dealerships provide convenient services like complimentary Mobile Service and Pickup & Delivery.
